Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-0 in the Friendly 20242025 season

First-half goals from Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial gave Manchester United a 2-0 victory over Arsenal in the Friendly 20242025 season.

The match was played at the Emirates Stadium in London, and it was the first meeting between the two sides since the 2023 FA Cup final, which Arsenal won 2-1.

United took the lead in the 12th minute when Fernandes scored a penalty after Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes was adjudged to have fouled Marcus Rashford.

Martial doubled United's lead in the 29th minute with a fine finish after being played in by Casemiro.

Arsenal improved in the second half, but they were unable to find a way past United's defence.

The win was United's first in five matches against Arsenal, and it will give Erik ten Hag's side a boost ahead of the start of the new Premier League season.
